A funny from this morning

The whole family is up and just hanging out in the living room.  Aubrey is chilling in the jumperoo...she sticks her thumb in her mouth, like she is going to suck it.  Well, that's a no-no in the Messmer home.  We don't mind the pacifier, but really want to avoid sucking the thumb.  The conversation went something like this...

Jayson: "Aubrey, take your thumb out of your mouth"

Aubrey: [just looks at daddy...like huh, what did I do - after all she is just 5 months old]

Jayson: "Aubrey, take your thumb out of your mouth"

Hunter: "Aubrey, take out of your mouth"

Hunter: "It's not working"  ....haha, meaning asking her to to take her thumb out isn't working.  

I went over to Aubrey and offered her the pacifier to give her something other than the thumb.
