Responsibility Chart

In the hopes that using positive reinforcement is the way to go, we picked up this responsibility chart for Hunter last week. She gets really excited when she has earned a smiley face, which is great. Though, I know that in time she will want more of a "reward" then a smiley face....any ideas on an incentive we can use? Something other than having to buy her something, we of course don't want to start that habit.
