    A yummy Beer Bread Recipe

    I came upon this recipe today and can't wait to try it. If you are a fan of bread, I'm sure you are going to love it!

    3 cup self rising flour
    1 cup sugar
    12 oz beer (a light beer will yield a light bread; a dark beer will produce a heavier, more flavorful bread)
    2 tbsp butter

    Mix beer and sugar together. Stir in flour slowly. Put dough in greased bread pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 55 minutes. Pour 2 tbsp melted butter over the top and continue baking until done in the middle (5-10 minutes). Serve with honey, dips or spreads.
